How do I place an order?

Simply click on shop and it will take you to the store.  On the left you can choose a category to see the products we carry. 

When do I have to place my order?

We work on a pre-order system.  What you order in January, you get in February, what you order in February you get in March and so on.

Check our calendar for order dates.  Orders are due towards the end of the month and arrive at the beginning of the next month.

Why do I need to pre-order?

We want to have the freshest product available.  So we order what you order. 

When will I get my order?

On our site we have a calendar that shows when the order arrives as well as the dates, times, and locations of our "meat" ups. 

Why can't I place an order?

You are probably trying to place an order after the cutoff time, we turn off the ability to order from the closing time until the order arrives.  We do this because we need time to place the order with manufactures and receive it.  It cuts down on confusion as to weather or not you made it in time to get the order.

If you can place the order for the next month, you will get the order for next month.

Once the order arrives we open up ordering again.  There is a brief time that you can place a 2nd chance order for the current month.  Check our calendar for details.

What is the 2nd chance order?

With some of our products, we get two deliveries, that's right two.  So, if you miss the order window, we have a 2nd chance window.  It starts when the order arrives and ends one week later.  Don't worry, it's on the calendar.  Just follow the directions that are at the top of the home page.

How do I create an account?

After you are done shopping and go to the cart, there you will be able to create an account. Don’t worry, it’s easy.

Why do I need an account?

it’s the internet, you need accounts for everything on the internet.  Don’t worry, we do not sell or give out any information about our customers. I hate it when that happens to me, so I won’t do it to you.

How do I get my order?

You can pickup your order at the range or meet us at one of our delivery locations.  We have several locations that you can meet us at.  Please check the calendar for dates and times.  You will be prompted at the check out to choose a location. 

If you are meeting us at a drop off location, follow us on Twitter.  We send out updates about the schedule.  Sometimes we are running a little late and Twitter makes it easy to let everyone know if we are on time or not. 

If you don't want to use Twitter, i get that.  Just call us (571) 266-9341 through out the day and we will happy let you know how we are doing.

What hours can I come to the range?

Monday -Saturday 11am to 7pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm.

What if I have a problem?

You can email us at [email protected] or call John at 571-266-9341. Keep in mind, John doesn't have brain function before 11am and the brain shuts down sometime around 11pm. If he doesn't answer just leave him a message and he will get back to you as soon as he can.

Am I going to get alot emails from you?

Nope.  We don't like getting blasted with emails so we don't blast you. 

We send out a Dinner Bell email to let you know the order is here. 

We send out two reminder emails when orders are due.

We send out a reminder if you are meeting us somewhere.

And lastly, we send out an email if something is happening that you need to know about.

We don't advertise by email, if you get an email from us, it is because we have something you need to know.

Why did the chicken cross the road?

We feel that in this day and age the chicken should be able to cross the road without having his motives questioned.
